This universal controller is a compact, high performance, true single board controller. It is designed and perfectly suited for machine and process control. ( Robust 2.5mm PCB. Removable screw connectors). This single board has 20 inputs and 46 outputs with option to expand. Control of motor drivers is easily achieved via the 2 PWM opto-isolated outputs. No EPROM programmer is required for boards fitted with the serial port option. The boot EPROM allows programs in Intel hex to download directly into the board. Making program development effortless. An easy way to develop the 8051 / 8052 program code. The high speed interrupts are suitable for encoder feedback from a motor and can make this system a cost effective machine controller with motion control or indexing unit. Applications are automatic test systems, industrial automation, packaging, cutting and sewing machinery.
