These new HMI Modbus units are engineered by DISPLAY VISIONS for quick and easy creation of user interfaces across a wide range of applications.

The EA HMI touch-panels are available in screen sizes ranging from 2.8” up to 12”. A core feature across the series is the 1,000 cd/m² screen brightness. This high luminance guarantees excellent readability, ensuring your interface remains clear even in adverse lighting conditions or when used in direct sunlight.

The focus of the EA HMI series is effortless integration into your existing infrastructure.

• Protocol Support: The panels are ready for the industry-standard Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP communication protocols.

• Broad Compatibility: With the Modbus protocol they can communicate seamlessly with popular PLC models, including solutions from major manufacturers like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Finder OPTA, Teknic, Beckhoff, and many others.

• Screen sizes: Available in screen size 2.8”, 4.3”, 7.0”, 10.1 and 12". The robust enclosure can be wall or front panel mounted.

• Supply voltage: The HMIs operate on a standard DC power supply, ranging from 6 to 30 volts.

Developing custom user interfaces is fast and straightforward with the free HMI Designer software. For example: individual screen pages can be created – just by using the drag and drop function. Once the interface is designed, you simply link the Modbus registers to the display elements. This automatically displays the data in the correct place on the screen. All Modbus registers can be freely assigned to different objects on display such as numerical values, bar graphs, images, text information, etc.; 32-bit values can also be transferred for floating point calculations. Up to 256 Modbus registers are supported.

MMS Electronics has now available the EA HMI028WM-32ATCS & EA HMI028LM-32ATCS (2.8"), EA HMI043WM-42ATCS & EA HMI043LM-42ATCS (4.3"), EA HMI070WM-16ATCS & EA HMI070LM-16ATCS (7.0"), EA HMI101WM-18ATCS & EA HMI101LM-18ATCS (10.1"). The Modbus HMI are available with Wi-Fi, LAN and RS-485 interface.
