EA DIP205G-4NLED 4 lines by 20 character display with Green background and Black characters. Character height is 3.73 mm. Additionally this display has Compact high-grade display with extended temperature range. Display pins can be solder directly into the PCB or plug into a socket. High-end Green LED backlight. Controller is RW1073-0B compatible with SSD1803. Interface 4-/8-bit parallel and SPI.
