2.8" EA TFT028-23AITC IPS display with PCAP touch panel, 240x320x3 dots with SPI or 8-/16-bit data bus or 16-bit RGB interface. AACS Technology with IPS. In-Plane-Switching (IPS) technology widens the viewing angle compared to conventional TFT displays. Onboard controller ST7789V. Long-term availability, recommended for use in new designs. Only one FPC cable with all signals, pitch 0.3mm. The wide operating temperature ranges is -20..+70°C. Extreme bright white LED backlight integrated 800cd/m2. Incl. pure glass touch panel (PCAP) optically bonded with I²C bus controller GT911.
