EA uniTFTm070-ATC and EA uniTFTm070-BTC are two new 7" embedded displays introduced at Embedded World 2025 by manufacturer DISPLAY VISIONS. Building upon the popular EA uniTFT070 graphic display, DISPLAY VISIONS have developed a cost-effective control unit, ready for immediate deployment without the need for additional components. Utilising the robust graphic, logic, and arithmetic capabilities of the integrated I/O and graphic controller, this touch panel offers a swift entry into the realm of intelligent control screens.
The uniTFT series displays do not require Linux or Android OS, setup of the display and I/O is done with the complimentary uniTFTDesigner Windows software, engineers can effortlessly craft contemporary operating interfaces and download the application via USB into the onboard memory – ideal for modern communication applications, such as in motorhomes, on gym equipment, or in industrial testing and measurement apparatus. For interfacing with sensors and other devices, the unit provides 4 analogue inputs, 8 digital I/O ports, and 7 serial interfaces (USB, two RS232, two SPI and two I2C ports). Bespoke fonts, images, and audio, alongside time-stamped log files, are stored and retrieved from the integrated FLASH memory.
The 7" colour display boasts a superior resolution of 1024x600 pixels. Thanks to IPS technology, it delivers a vibrant and crisp image from any viewing angle, eliminating the colour shift commonly observed on standard LCD screens. The backlight, reaching up to 1,000 cd/m², ensures a high-contrast display, even in bright sunlight. The uniTFTm070's sleek, crystal-clear front panel facilitates responsive user input, including zooming, swiping, and pressing gestures.
The EA uniTFTm070-BTC has two red Micro Match connectors (compatible with EA uniTFT070-ATC) and the EA uniTFTm070-ATC does not have the Micro Match connectors.

MMS Electronics Ltd has introduced an innovative line up of cost effective Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for use on Modbus systems. The HMI devices are equipped with vibrant, high-quality IPS displays and advanced PCAP touch-panels. With an impressive 1,000 cd/m² brightness and a wide 170° viewing angle, these displays ensure your content remains clear and crisp in any environment.
The Modbus displays are manufactured by DISPLAY VISIONS and stand out for their brilliant, sharp displays, ease of programming and a comprehensive selection of display sizes.
The HMI series displays can be connected to all Modbus masters and used in RTU and TCP modes. Therefore connection is possible to any programmable logic controller (PLC) from numerous well-known manufacturers, including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Beckhoff.
The new Modbus displays will be made available in four sizes 2.8”, 4.3”, 7.0” and 10”. The HMI can be wall mounted or mounted in front panels or control cabinet doors. The HMIs operate on a standard DC power supply, ranging from 5 to 30 volts.
The Modbus HMIs are easily programmed with the free HMI Designer software. For example: individual screen pages can be created – just by using the drag and drop function. The objects on the screen are then linked to the corresponding Modbus registers. This automatically displays the data in the correct place on the screen. All Modbus registers can be freely assigned to different objects on display such as numerical values, bar graphs, images, text information, etc.; 32-bit values can also be transferred for floating point calculations. Up to 256 Modbus registers are supported.

2025 is here, and the January chill has truly descended upon the picturesque Wharfedale valley (See picture below), where MMS Electronics is located. If you require a display that performs flawlessly in both frigid and scorching temperatures, look no further. Our robust OLED displays boast an impressive operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C, ensuring reliable performance in even the most extreme conditions.
The OLED Chip-On-Glass displays with pins are available in four display sizes. The EA OLEDM204 is an alphanumeric display configurable as 4x20, 3x20, or 2x20. Three further graphic displays are available: the small EA OLEDS102-6, the medium EA OLEDM128-6 and the larger EA OLEDL128-6.
These displays feature a slim design and can be easily integrated, either plugged into a 0.1" pitch socket or soldered directly to the PCB. No ZIF sockets or fasteners are required. Key features include excellent readability, high contrast, wide viewing angles, and fast response times across a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C. They support both SPI and I²C interfaces. The displays are protected by a scratch and UV-resistant glass with a polarizer for deep black levels.
